I Got My FFXIV 1.0 Beta Key

What is a complete mess right? Well, in the end, it all worked the best. I got my email on Saturday morning, long after I had given all give up. It comes too late to save the event to my PS3 and I have my own quite well run with the customer service Square Enix. If any of you plan to call, email or chat live with them, I wish you luck. If there is anything I have learned from this experience, it is the fact that the last thing you ever want to do with Square Enix is the interface with "service" their customers. I give an abysmal 1 out of 10 marks for their handling major debacle beta.
